All orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days after payment is received.
During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 working days, depending on your location and courier.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules or local postal delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping for all orders over £50

  • A £5.99 shipping fee applies to orders under £50

All shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery at any time.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can resend it once it arrives back, but a new shipping fee may apply.

6. Customs and Import Duties

We ship all international orders on a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) basis.
This means any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are already included in your order total. You won’t need to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
