At Cosy Goose, we want every customer to feel happy with their order. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

How It Works

Return period:
You can request a return within 30 days from the day your order was delivered.

Return shipping:
Return postage costs are covered by the customer. We suggest using a tracked courier to make sure your parcel reaches us safely.

Refunds:
Once we receive and check your returned item, your refund will be processed within five working days and sent back to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange your item instead of receiving a refund, just let us know when you contact us and we’ll help you with that.
